Used well, Microsoft Project can create and manage realistically-timed project plans.

With this as an aim, these two courses are designed to help the delegate to understand both the software and how to apply project management to its use.

Project Introduction

This introduction gives the new user all the basic concepts of Microsoft Project. During the course every stage of creating a project plan is examined and explained.

The course looks at inputting data, examining the precedence relationships, managing constraints and resources.

On the completion of this course it is recommended that the advanced course is taken to get a thorough understanding of managing projects through Microsoft Project.

Project Advanced

This is an exercise-driven course that explores Microsoft Project through the completion of project management work. The course delegate will learn how to manage critical tasks, slack time, resource allocations, and track more than one project at once.

This is very much a how-to Microsoft Project.
